im workin in this company now and sa akong situation ron, la pa ko kasuway ug force leave, but naa jud force leave dri.... depende rman na sa project nga mabutangan nimo. in terms of the salary, depende gihapon na sa imong position and project. the lowest rate is minimum and i am getting very much above teh minimum.... im not a manager or naa sa hr, sa production lang gihapon ko but my rate is different from the others.. as i said, ang force leave ug ang rate, depende ra sa imong position ug project. and im contended with my salary plus with 4-8 hours of OT, payts na kaau......... ^^
innodata xml actually, there are good and bad things about it. bad things are already mentioned: its project-based, salary is less compared to the other companies (however, it also differs to wat project and to wat position you will apply for), OTs are actually ur choice at times but two shifts jud xa most of the time.. good things are: very relaxed environment, most of the people there are people-oriented, mura xa ug university kung imung i-compare and dli xa pressured. even if there are forced leaves, dghan mn ghpon mga karaan na mga employees na ngstay sa ilang mga jobs.
