yes, u can use it in any country......3.5 dollar for withdrawal and 1 dollar for inquiry ang charging but i suggest don't use it overseas kay tablahon ka sa exchange rate, left and right ....sa host bank and then sa bank asa ka nag withdraw...maayo lng ng debit card kon sa pinas gamiton....well in emergency cases gamit lng gihapon sya sa gawas....

yes that's right, debit cards are only good if they are used here in the Philippines
