    ako gitry sa una kay oatmeal lang wlay rice pero eat gihapon ko sud an 2 kilos lagi in one week that's about 5 pounds. karn dili pko ka diet 6 months pa ako baby ngpadede pako.

    HOw to loss weight?

    3. after 2 hours drinking the 500 mL water, eat your normal meal... (it doesnt
    matter kung kusog ka mokaon or dili... just eat your usual meal...)

    4. during mealtime, AYAW inom og any COLD drinks (water, softdrinks, juice,
    etc... aron ang imong gikaon ma-digest dayon sa tiyan... if you drink cold liquid,
    dili matunaw ang fats... magpabilin ra hinoon na sa imong tiyan)

    5. so what do you drink during mealtime? any LUKEWARM liquids... (pwede LUKEWARM
    water, LUKEWARM tea, LUKEWARM softdrinks hehehe or gusto ka
    LUKEWARM juice....hahaha) LUKEWARM will do... (the hot liquid facilitates your stomach
    digesting those fats and cholesterol)

    6. after 1 hour, you can drink ALL the COLD drinks you want... (pwede na ka mag-beer... hehehe..
    pero discipline lang gyud during mealtime)

    7. make it a habit to drink 500 ml of water 2 hours before a meal.... that's it!!!!
    and during mealtime, ayaw inom og bugnaw....

    what happened to me during 2-3 weeks? nilu-ag na gamay ang akong bakos... mga 1 to 1 1/2
    ang paggamay sa akong tiyan....

    ingon ni misis di na kuno kaayo naglanay ang akong tiyan... hehehe...
    ingon ni officemate... nidaot kuno ko... hehehe

    wala sila kabalo, kaon lang gihapon ko... sabay inom of LUKEWARM water...
    nasa tubig lang pala ang sekreto...

    ^well the threadstarter's subject IS losing weight... for gaining weight drink MILK at least twice a day, no pun ha to Vilma's ad of bearbrand. but scientifically proven a glass of milk contains 200-250 cal. regular consumption of 2 glasses of milk daily will result to an additional weight of a pound after a week's intake with most people if same lifestyle was also maintained. there's also Whey Protein drinks but sometimes its a lil expensive. but very effective and healthy also if you choose to start body building or just simple weight lifting to develop muscles further (muscles ARE heavier than fats) when taking Whey. right now with the whole melamine-milk-scare some milks that even tested negative are having a huge discount sale sa Metro Ayala. I have friend since she was always busy, baon siya pirmi MOO that tetra pack drink, two in a day coz as she checked the label and compared it to others and it was the one in the lot with the HIGHEST calorie content mga 200+ pud daw. she did gain a few. akong warning pud niya towards daily intake of Moo is that very high pud ang sugar, so be wary of that. better pa ang milk kay mas daghan nutrients makuha, just try drinking it on its own with no sugar sad. soy milk is also a good and healthier choice.


    losing weight, this was also the tip shared by one of the winners of the Biggest Loser wherein with most people by just regularly hydrating themselves with water can help INCREASE METABOLISM BY 10% hence the burning of fats a lil faster...
