    maniguro ta daan, better safe than sorry.
    Before you decide to have a Hep B vaccine, pa test sa kung naa ka anti body sa Hep B, or consult your doctor nalang para mas the best.

    Is there a cure for this kind of virus?
    EPIVIR-HBV — First Line Therapy in the Treatment of Adults and Children With Chronic Hepatitis B
    EPIVIR-HBV (lamivudine) was introduced by GlaxoSmithKline in 1998 and was the first FDA-approved oral antiviral for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB). For patients, this was an important alternative. Unlike other therapies which required weekly injections, EPIVIR-HBV, a 100-mg tablet, could be taken orally once a day. In August 2000 EPIVIR-HBV became the only oral FDA-approved treatment for chronic hepatitis B in children between the ages of 2 and 17. Today, EPIVIR-HBV is still the only oral treatment available for children.

    * EPIVIR-HBV significantly reduces viral load in adults
    * EPIVIR-HBV normalizes ALT levels
    * EPIVIR-HBV significantly reduces liver inflammation and necrosis
    * EPIVIR-HBV increases HBeAg seroconversion
    * EPIVIR-HBV is the only oral agent approved for use in children as young as 2 years of age with CHB
    * EPIVIR-HBV significantly improves virologic response in children 2 to 17 years with compensated CHB
    * EPIVIR-HBV normalizes ALT levels in children 2 to 17 years with compensated CHB
    * EPIVIR-HBV is dosed once a day
    * EPIVIR-HBV is the only treatment for hepatitis B available in an oral solution

    Do I have chance of working abroad?
    NO, even in some company here in the Philippines.

    Anybody can assist me on this matter? Is there someone expert on this?
    Its better if you consult a physician about this, even better kung specialist.

    If you are known carrier of Hep B or If you know someone who had a Hep B, pls be reminded that:
    hepatitis B can be transmitted from an infected mother to her baby at birth, through unprotected *** with an infected person, by sharing equipment for injecting street drugs, and by occupational contact with blood in a health-care setting. Hepatitis B is not spread through food or water or by casual contact.

    correct ka bro sa fluids na gikan dili na motakod , Hepa B is from blood transfusion, sexual intercourse, oral ***, basta involve ug fluids. Pero matambalan man ni....depende sa virus naa nimu. magpa quantitative ka meaning to say i-count ang virus kay each one of us naa jud ta ani pero 0.13 ra ang allowable if mo beyond na ana, diha na mo based imo dok sa medication iya ihatag nimo.
    basta ayaw jud smoke ug drink labi pa alcohol kay mosamot na.......mo lead na hinoon ug liver cirrosis.

    Comment: As a medical heath care worker, doctors like these should be very cautious in making such judgements ky di sila ginoo, diba? this is just morally speaking ha! pero professional na side, most of the times doctors will tell u wat is needed to be anticipated in a medical diagnosis especially if it goes untreated. sometimes, we get mixed up with doctors way of communicating because of possible reasons. (1) they talk too technical and way to far out to understand in our layman's term. (2) as patients, we may not hear them out loud due to our condition that impedes understanding fully ky emotionally affected na ka just thinking ur health status. (3)then monetary status pod na imo huna-huna-on.

    Nya karon ask ko niya mustah na cya dugay nami ala nagkita mga 2yrs na kapin.Naayo man lagi cya??ingon 4ever nana??

    Comment: Basi miscommunication lang to iya pagsabot sa doctor pag sulti na mamatay na sya in a month time! possible reasons are stated above. of course, pwede pa ka maayo if ur health resistance or immunity is making a gud turn or made its control to heal. YES true and forever na ka na carrier ka sa antigen (the virus that can cause the condition if it proliferates in growth) and antibody (soldiers to fight) of the disease Hepatitis B.

    kaduha cya gimedical check up sa doctor sa lexmark ayala Negative na iyang hepa B.

    Comment: Possible, na wa na sya ni further develope sa disease after his exposure BUT has still the antigen yet, its value may not be enough that the doctor can say na positive pa sya sa Hep B. wat the physicals will just try to reflect is only to get the values in ur blood like the HEP B antigen and antibody. if one falls within the normal limits of both then, safe ka.

    3 Shots Hepa B vaccine ug Katong iya Sulti na 1 shot na kagaw sakit kono kaau gihilan-tan gyud cya atoh...

    Comment: Gitaga-an sya ug Hep B shots maybe to help his immune system to have antibodies right away (passive immunity), soldiers in our blood to fight against the disease ky wa pa kaau mo cope up iya lawas ug iya kaugalingon antibody. this is just a preventive measurement. kato iya ingon na shot na one time, ask him unsa pangalan? basi toxoids to like a weakend virus of same kind for the body to make further antibodies. ang tawag ani na process of immunity is artificial active immunity. ky it was given to u from a vial na developed probably via animal research. ang active if ur u urself developed ur own thru exposure or ur mother passed it on to u from birth.

    Pero karon na Ayo lagi cya?Ingon alay tambal ana?

    Comment: wala bitaw direct na tambal for a virus exposure. we only have bacterial antibiotics! mao bitaw naa ta vaccines pra ma prevented...pero in treatment to conditions like these medical providers will treat it indirectly or most of the time we call it symptomatic treatments as well. meaning ul be treated based on ur symptoms. however, antibacterials though not logical is always used in conjunction to antivirals. TRUE, wa gyud tambal na for Hep B lang. vaccinations naa....u myt not understand, why doctors do it this way? well, that is wat they are made for ryt?

    Then sa 2 years wala namo nagkita.... nagusab cya ug Religion nagborn again na cya naa cya Salig sa sa Ginoo.....Trust ug PAduol lng permi sa Ginoo ayaw pa weak2x mosamot ka ka weak ana hehehehehehe!

    Comment: above all sa ato gipang buhat sa ato life...the LORD is best to thank for! we shud not be forgetting how he blessed us with life in our lifetime today.
