WHAT: GERMAN SHEPHERD DOG SHOW SPECIALTY CHAMPIONSHIP

WHEN: Sunday, Nov 30, 2008....8am - 5pm.

WHERE: U.P. Lahug Football grounds

ELIGIBILITY: Purebred GSD with papers and registered with PCCI; current
Rabies shot. Bring your dog's vaccination record to the show.

COST: Prepaid (from now until Nov 20). Member 300; Non-Member 400 and your
dog will be LISTED IN THE SHOW CATALOG.

If you miss the above you can register at the show grounds on the day of
the show...cost there: Member 400 Non Member 500 (Ensure you have
your dog's PCCI registration # with you and Rabies shot card).

WHERE TO REGISTER & PAY (Pre-Pay):
Visit any of the Caminade Pet Supply Stores; Dog Palace in Cabancalan;
Dog&Cat Clinic, 1771 N. Bacalso Ave., and at the St. Moritz Hotel Front Desk
in Gorordo Ave. Ensure you have your dog's PCCI Registration# with you
when you register.

PRACTICE: If you would like to practice your dog for the showring go to Northtown
Homes, Football Field in Cabancalan. Tell the guard at the gate you're
going to "Dog Training." ...That will be this Sunday Nov 9 from 8am to
10:30am and next Sunday Nov. 16, same time...

HESITANT TO JOIN THE DOG SHOW THIS NOV 30TH BECAUSE THEIR DOG IS NOT

TRAINED. FOLKS, THIS IS NOT A SCHUTZHUND OR OBEDIENCE TRIAL. THIS IS A

CONFORMATION SHOW....WHERE THE JUDGE CHECKS THE LOOKS OF YOUR

DOG, HOW HE CARRIES HIM/HER SELF IN THE RING. THE BASIC REQUIREMENT

HERE IS YOUR DOG HAS FOUR LEGS AND CAN WALK AND RUN....EVEN A THREE

LEGGED DOG CAN WALK & RUN! SO HAVE NO FEAR....JOIN IN AND HAVE REAL

FUN WITH YOUR DOG JUST FOR A DAY! DON'T WORRY ABOUT HANDLERS. WE

WILL HAVE PEOPLE THERE WHO WILL HANDLE YOUR DOG IN THE SHOW RING.

AND IF YOU NEED HELP JUST ASK ANY OF THE OFFICERS OR MEMBERS OF THE

CLUB. YOU WILL ALSO MEET OLD FRIENDS AND NEW FRIENDS.. IF YOU ARE A

GERMAN SHEPHERD OWNER IT BEHOOVES YOU TO JOIN THIS SHOW. THERE WILL

BE TROPHIES AND GIVE AWAY PRODUCTS....SO AGAIN JOIN IN AND ENJOY THIS

ONE SUNDAY, NOV 30TH AT THE U.P. CAMPUS GROUNDS IN LAHUG...THE AREA

IS WELL SHADED WITH LARGE TREES, GAZEBO'S AND AMPLE PARKING....
