there are collection agencies pa jud who take the front of a Law Office, para kunohay mas mahadlok ang ila client.

and plus, when they are asking for attorney's fees, Hello! they are not actually attorney's fees but taking the form of fees for the collection agencies.

so, if you're going to make an agreement with them. bargain to the max, and pay only the ones you have actually acquired from the credit card, bahala na ang interest, kay normally i waive lang na nila

there's this blogger from davao who's quite popular. he talks about credit card debt issues and in his blogs he mentions that it is illegal for collection agencies to pose as law firms.

bottom line is NO EXCUSES...pay your bills...companies don't care for the reason. business is business. u pay what is due to them. if u're not sure u can take care of ur bill then don't get a credit card. plain and simple.
