    with OBama winning the US Presidency, it does not only moved America, but it has also changed the world specially the people with minimal hope left for their country.

    before, i could not imagine US of A having a black president, specially against Senator Mc Cain, because i thought that prejudicism goes beyond reform everywhere no matter how advance or backward a country is... and now, with this actualization, there is a new sprung hope for everyone, for everywhere, even in the Philippines, YES WE CAN!.

    Its his political statement during the campaign that he will penalized companies that will outsource most of its back office operation. Although this is not happening overnight, but definitely during his 1st term we would see some drastic changes. what will be seing over the next couple of years is that growth of BPO industries will not be as robust as 2 yrs ago.

    This would be a wake up call for all workers in the BPO industries; that in these kind of profession you dont have such thing as job security.
