Before going into this? You should be true to yourself first. Then, once you have decided to slim down. You need to start living a healthy life. Meaning, sleep early, wake up early, get enough exercise, and eat small but frequent. If you can afford buying fruits like apples, guava, and papaya, they can fill your stomach fast then you'll feel full. Then, don't drink cold water. Just warm water will do. Also, I observe that Chinese don't eat rice in each meal. Sometimes, they even skip breakfast. They just drink hot tea and some siopao or any pouched food. Then, they're off to work or school. At noon, that's the time they eat rice and also in the evening. But they eat the rice last. Meaning, they started eating their meals first without the rice. That's how I can help you.
