Anyway, I come here hoping to get some help, not to argue, and to make new friends maybe.



@Friends of Michelle (and Samm too), I am sure some of you have already read this thread. I hope it is not too much to ask, I hope you can relay to her that Ping and some of her friends from PMT are hoping she can come out and air her side too maybe?

I am not a techie guy, but I will try to find a way to upload some pictures of the BOUNCED CHECKS. It seems like replies are coming out faster than I can type here. Sana lang, some friends will extend some help, and find a way talaga.

In my opinion, people here are too sensitive about this issue. There's no reason for you to get offended since in the first place this is not about you or anybody from the mods and admin. I believe the "proof thing" has been clearly settled and posting of it will be done as requested.

Oct 9, 1:45pm (I just checked my cp records), Michelle called me up, with her voice in near tears, saying someone posted here at Istorya.net forum, with title that goes something like WANTED SCAMMER ANGHELITA, and posted her picture. Her friends started calling her and asking what happened daw. She was "hiyang-hiya," "buti na lang, kilala ni Samm ang admin, at napa-delete agad ang thread" was how she told me.

Exactly what she told me, kung naa lang ko archives unta sa conversation naa unta proof, pero sadly webmessenger raman to. Hehe.

Iya gyud ko gi ingnan nga (not verbatim) galagot siya atong nag post sa 'wanted thread (the first one)' and gi edit: mention dayon niya imo pangalan boss BeoR. Close man daw mo ni Legolas (Samm), sige nalang pud ko tando kay wala man ko kahibaw what she was talking about kay lagi na delete na ang thread.

And about sa katong 'walang magpapaloko kung walang magpaloko' chuva, unexpected man nga ma ingon ato ang situation kay anghelita was a well known member man sa PMT. I have transacted with her in the past (large sums of money) and flawless man ang deal. Mao gani daghan ang wala katuo nga nabuhat to niya.

I have posted these 2 screenshots first, as I am still working on the pictures of the checks.

These images of anghelita's ChinaBank account was sent to me by Michelle herself, last Aug 28, 2008 at 6:37 AM. It was the time when ChinaBank online system was down. It was shown to me, because she had some delays na fulfilling her obligation that was due on Aug 22, 2008 (you can see the check later, when I post it, check# A0461761)

These are the previous checks that bounced - the Chinabank checking account of Michelle Angelie N. Labay.

I truly hope with these proofs shown, as requested, friends of Michelle will know I am not trying to flame anghelita. Just stating some facts. Again, these non-negotiable checks were already replaced by new ones. A new account she opened at BPI Express Gaisano Fiesta Mall Tabunok Mini Branch.

The date of the new replacement BPI checks are due tomorrow. I dont have them with me na, so I cant scan and upload them. It is with the bank already for them to deposit tomorrow morning.

Again, this is an appeal to the friends of anghelita. I am not here for anything else. My only purpose is to remind Michelle that my checks are due tomorrow. But I can't find other way to contact her. This may be a little bit off the usual process, but if it will call her attention, and remind her to fund her account, then so be it.

Btw, if you guys will notice, NOT ALL checks have the name of "Labay, Michelle N." printed, as the checks come in different dates too. She even told me she was excited to see that her name was printed on the checks. Anyway, the account number are all THE SAME. Also, take note of the screenshot I posted before this one.
