If the interviewer ask you this: We want to send you abroad for training for 4 months, however you would be required to work with us for 3-4 years. Sending people abroad cost money but we know your training will be worth it. We just need to be sure that you are dedicated to share with us the results. Are you willing to stay for 3-4 years?

Situation: You like the idea of going abroad. You like the company but you are not sure if you can stay for that long since you don't know the working conditions your job might bring. How can you say that you want the opportunity but not sure on the terms, without making sound like "you're not going to stay for more than 3 years in this company"?

well, that woudl be a very good oppurtunity on my part as long as I can still contribute to the company with the knowlesge that I gain, I am willing to stay, I am always seeking for improvement.I always pursue excellence--

i'd negotiate for a pro-rata repayment scheme. 100% repayment of training costs if i quit within a year; 60% 2 years; 40% 3 years; 20% 4 years.
