My son is with Child Learning Foundation in Happy Valley, Banawa.
My reason? QUALITY OF EDUCATION.... PROXIMITY to our house.... (save on gas hahahaha) and of course the BUDGET. 26T ang one year sa ako 3-yr-old. He loves it there.
Graduates of this one last March...for the Phil Sci Exam (the one in Argao ba yon..) ...the four nga ni qualify for the exam... all passed the exam.
Quality ENGLISH tawn... you know biya ang uban school.... one tsero plas one tsero es ekwal tu too tseros. MALI na english...mali pa jud math.
So if only Beau's school was near my house... aw of course didto
i have to say... authentic montessori learning is best for toddlers.
What makes a good toddler school?
1. program - must be developmentally appropriate
2. staff - has the love for children and skills to match
3. facility - child-friendly and well-furnished
and 4th would be the location. a long commute would be stressful for your child.
for those in the south area (basak-pardo-talisay), you might want to check KIDS' Daycare & After-school Center:
YouTube - Kids Daycare & After-school Center
my baby is turning 2 and my in-law wants her to go to school already.we live in lapu2. can somebody please help me look for a toddler school there? thanks.
you can check Gymboree. It's located at Banilad Town Center. Tuition fee is a bit expensive compared to other toddler school but kids are exposed to many new things
Cambrige in Lahug could also be an option. Children learn to be independent.
Authentic Montessori (USC) is the best...but, if you read Maria Montessori's educational philosophy etc., there are loopholes that somehow would not apply to our learners here in the Philippines..IMO: we Filipinos are like nails that need to be hammered in order to learn and to become deep thinkers in a way...so I would say that eclectic montessori is good for our learners here...that is, its highly academic and at the same time without forgetting Maria Montessori's ed philosophy and materials of course...you'll be amazed of the children who are 2.6 to 3 years old producing the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd family of phonetic sounds etc....they enjoy school because there are a lot of Montessori materials to work on.
In this light, I'd go for Maria Montessori School International School, Gorordo Campus...
me, im planning to enroll my son in USC MOntessori hopefully next yr when he's 3 turning 4.
but for the meantime that he's still 2 turning 3, I enrolled him in Daycare in Blessed Trinity Achievers Academy located inside the Baseline compound in Juana Osmena. barato ra P1,500.00 per month, AIRCON ila room sa daycare, 2x a week 2 hrs per meeting ila sched sa Daycare, 8 students per class/ 2 teachers per class. No Uniforms, No Books. ila buhat kay play & social interaction, familiarization of letters and numbers, SING AND DANCE, storytelling.... pang montessori ila gamit na materials and setting. OK ra gyud for a 2 yr old barato ra and sakto ra gyud ilang mga activities for a 2 yr old. dili pressure. I decided to enroll him there kay para ig sud niya sa USC mOntessori next year, medyo ready na cya, meaning dili na mahadluk mu school, in short dili maghilak kay sayang kaayo e -enroll dayun cya ug mahalun na school nya igo ra muhilak nya makig-uli na dayun....
