I believe Lexmark is a great company and great people to work with. The lab and the people in Cebu are contributing to the new product development of Lexmark Worldwide - without the engineering skills & knowledge you cannot make that to the shelves with the high quality standard. Also, I find it hard to believe that Lexmark is now "hiring managers", which is a very rare act for any company. What happened? Did they run out of perpetually pretentious oblivious people to run the company? LOL

When I worked there my manager was "recently promoted/appointed" to us. She was never hired for that purpose. Same for the managers who came after her.
