PRC October 2008 Electronics Engineer (ECE) Board Exam Results or Licensure Examination Results is now available. The examination was held last October 25 & 26, 2008. Congratulations to all who passed the exam. The results were released in three (3) working days after the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,514 out of 4,174 passed the Professional Electronics Engineer and Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Electronics Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Iloilo and Lucena this October 2008.

The members of the Board of Electronics Engineering are Engr. Sylvia Icasiano-Marcelo, Chairman; Engr. Nestor C. Dacanay and Engr. Joel B. Bajador, Members.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board in MANILA on Sunday, November 23, 2008 at 1:30 in the afternoon at the Reception Hall, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Roxas Blvd., Manila; in CEBU CITY on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 1:00 in the afternoon at the Casino Español de Cebu, Ranudo St., Cebu City; in DAVAO on Friday, December 5, 2008; and in CAGAYAN DE ORO on Sunday, December 14, 2008. Further details will be announced later.

Registration for membership with the Institute of Electronics and Communications Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) will start on Thursday, November 6, 2008.
