nakabasa ko sa forum nyu kai na curious ko about lexmark's work envi and etc, mao i did a little research. Bago ra ko na hire sa lexmark ug manug start ko next month. sa Firmware ko na dept. ngutana lng unta ko ug unsa ang set-up dd2 na dept ug ok ba cya na dept? ok ba ang work envi and etc?

ok raman so far... pero one month pa lang mi diri.. heheh nya naa pa jud mi sa US... so ang environment sa cebu di pa namo kaayo ma feel... hehe pero diri sa US... ok kaayo, as in pati mga dagko ug rank mura ra ug mga way rank... as in welcome kaayo mi diri...

HP Printers ko sauna sa tech dept... I would really love to ask them about it pero poro mi way alamag tanan... dungan mi ug hire dungan sad mi ug train... kay wave 1 mi sa pinas... so mga dagko rango namo naa sa US wala sa pinas, kay mga managers namo sa among dept... dungan sad nako ug sugod... so wala jud silay alam... I know its a violation if you distribute it coz its confidential, but what we wanna know is just some details, not the story, and besides, isn't it a big help for some of us to be aware of things that might happen to us? I think it be a great help if we will know it, kay sa kong tan aw mura serious man jud kaayo na... nindot baya ang feelingg kung maka tabang ka diba? and most of us istoryans want to know what happened, not when and where or what else... BUT yeah, you are not allowed... lol

Ok last night gipalabdan gyud ni namo ug ulo. Si jash_ville was able to acquire a copy of the said pdf na. You can ask her since it can now be conveniently circulated within office.

Also, I find it hard to believe that Lexmark is now "hiring managers", which is a very rare act for any company. What happened? Did they run out of perpetually pretentious oblivious people to run the company? LOL

When I worked there my manager was "recently promoted/appointed" to us. She was never hired for that purpose. Same for the managers who came after her.

Please pm her for the file. At least daghan na namo friends within the company na motabang ug overthrow sa oppression. ahihihi....

As I said before bai. Ignorance is bliss. It is better if you don't know. Ako gani I wish I never knew. LOL. Bati lagi ning magdugay nata kai makita nimo ang katag inig kadugayan. I admire my colleagues gani for being passive but ako dili man. I react to things that concern me.

sabagay bai sakto pud, its better na you dont know things that would make a different, or I should say negative outlook on things. these things may possibly cause destructive stuffs(wala koi maisip na tamang word for it). destructive in a way that it would change your attitude sa work, may change ethics, or anything. but of kors, depende japon na on how you take these things, you can always choose if you take it in a possitive way or in a negative way. what i'm tryin to say is, there's always something good out of something bad....
anyways, i'm pretty excited to work in Lexmark.. different field na man gud for me. medyu nag sawa nako sa gna buhat krun e... mao try2 sa Lexmark.. unta ma swertehan...
