as i know, mostly round man na cla bro. modala clag degree holders ug mga skilled pod. try sa may POEA kay daghan recruitment agencies diha nya pwede pa dayon nimo macheck kung OK pa ba ilang license. ambot lang kaha sa may Gemini Bldg. near T. Padilla kung naa pa ba kahay nabilin mga agencies did2...

do they have placement fees? and how much usually is the starting pay nila? im also interested in going abroad

For sure naa jud nah placement FEE wois, kana pa mga agency. Dagku man gani na kaayu pangayu ang uban. Pero if sure ka maka gawas, so gamble nlan...
