its really not that hard being an agent since at the end of the day you dont have to think of anything else. wa ka paperworks to follow up, no deadlines to meet..etc

for me ok lang baya. i came from a different field of work before i worked in a call center and the change of environment was kind of an adventure and challenge for me. depende ra man jud sa taw if mu give in siya sa stress that comes with the job. ug mag depend pud na siya asa ka nga account ma belong.

I don't know how you gauge your work pressures and what you call stress, but when I was working with a bank I was given a quota of Php365M a year (that's around Php 1M a day including Saturdays and Sundays )and to compare with a call center? guys what do you think has pressure and is stressful? that's why I will working with CVG soon lol! and benefits? halos pareha ra.

^^^ this is true bec my teammate is in singapore now and is working as an agent... he said that he'll earn around 80-90k peso equivalent BUT he will also spend for the board and lodging for about half of it plus the food.. so sum up tanan, tabla ra cya ug ngwork dinhi sa pinas...

he said na humanon ra niya ang contract after kay dli na cya mobalik..

kani man gud mga uban tao kay ngtuo na na masdako ang sweldo didto.. when you less all the expenses from your income it would come up as the same income or mas dako pa gani dinhi.. tapos lifestyle pa na dli ma bangbang.. nahala.. padayon!

BOTTOM LINE IS: YOU ARE EARNING IN DOLLARS BUT YOU ARE ALSO SPENDING IN DOLLARS
