actually magpa-franchise man sila... PERO monopolized na nila ang mga malls/areas within the city. so, if ganahan ka mag-thirsty franchise kinahanglan ka mangita ug different location not in the city proper... got this info when my sister-in-law inquired for a franchise sa Thirsty...
