    been squatting and deadlifting over 300 pounds for months.. dili half squat ha, but a$$ to grass squat. guess what? no significant changes sa ako quads except fuller ra iya shape or "toned" as you might call it.. i have to actually squeeze them para naay porma. now, for a girl to actually look "tubol" you have to be genetically gifted or on steroids to look like that.. yet i doubt it very much if she can even do half of what i squat or deadlift... so to say she'd look tubol kung magpalabi, i got three words..

    btw, when doing squats and lunges make sure ur knee doesn't go past ur toes. (front knee when doing lunges)...know what i mean?

    thats pretty extreme! lol

    u might wanna start with this for toning and u can do it at home. It's a butt work out but it also works out the legs.
