For me, religion a common belief shared by a group of people.
It could pertain to the church of these people or to the principles they are teaching.

just a follow up to my first question..
have you healed your own soul? and what was it that was healed..

You are never qualified to heal someone else's soul if you can not heal yours.
I used to be a very unhappy person.
Blame all things to my parents.
All my miseries I blamed it on our broken family.
I was depressive and rebellious.

But when I started to meditate.
My outlook in life changed.

I remove religion from my life.
Then I gained better understanding about life.
