    Default Effective leg exercise?


    What is the best effective exercise for toning your legs? By the way im a female, in case it matters.

    lunges and squats are good to start with. there are different types u can do depending on ur fitness level.
    running is great especially short, fast sprints.

    shhh.... hehehe i weigh 100 lbs., i have a small frame upper body pero murag feel nako (as in feel lang coz others think im being absurb) dako ra akong legs hehehe currently nag fitness first ko ron but i dont know unsa maayo gyud exercise to tone down legs.

    @Carla03: yea i love working out. I just got back from the beach where i was doing some leg exercises in the water. u should try them out.

    I'm a small person..last time i checked i was 98lbs. maybe more now coz im working out to build muscles. i want to beef up my legs heheh.

    pila sad imo height? murag ga-an raman kaayo na imong timbang to worry about your "big" legs... anyway, if you really want it, as in willing ka magpasingot, you can squat, deadlift and do lunges in progression.. rest for a few minutes after you've done the 3 exercises
