I AGREE! i went to manila 5th of august i had PAL in going there then went home the next day with CEBU PACIFIC.. i had two check in baggages it looks like a big hand bag.. i have two wallets so i placed one on my bag and one on the baggage since ang sulod ato kay dollar man so i was thinking na dili nako magamit and limot rasad kaau ko.

pag kuha sa mga baggages nako i immediately checked my wallet wala na ang 2hundred dollars plus ang uban money didto.. then pag check nako wala na! i reported it sa ilang office right after i knew na nawagtangan ko. wala ra sila. gi pa file rakog report! lagot kaau ko!

i dont trust CEBU PACIFIC anymore! mao rana ilang treatment nako! mura rakog gi bale wala nila! pirmi lang pajd ma delay!

i would just like to air my fiance's frustration over cebu pacific's personnel. his digicam was stolen inside his padlocked backpack after he checked in last night for his trip back to singapore. he was sure it was inside the bag and his sis saw him place it inside the bag too. the zipper positioning was also changed. although he filed a complaint to cebu pacific, he doesn't expect to recover the stolen digicam. as a regular customer who patronizes their international flights 8-10 times a year, he is just too frustrated of the kind of service he got in return.

I am also very dissappointed w/ the service of Cebu Pacific.......but your experience is not ordinary, that's robbery............kawatan mga taga Cebu Pacific

Is it true they suck these days? Many in other philippine forums are complaining. Flight delays/poor service/etc. Plus they said daw na these days, they will delay or even cancel a flight if its not full. Not sure if its true. My last flight with CP was Oct 2006, during the WWE event in Manila. So far no problems man.

But to be fair, they still got the cheapest fare. Just yesterday(June 12), they got BIG discounts on their flights. Cheaper than usual!!!

Yup, cheapest...but our lives are at stake.........when I arrived to check in 1 hour 30 miuntes before sked of flight, they told me they gave my seat to the chance passengers...maboang ko.........Stupid kaau na ang Cebu Pacific........because of this I will never again take a Cebu Pacific Plane.

In business, they spend millions to attract customers, but because of their incompetence as a whole they have to spend more to get back their customers.........I will campaign for their down fall...maboang ko sa Cebu Pacific...Pakauwaw .......sa Cebu...............

hmmmm... so far ok man sa ako ang cebu pacific... nya on time man.... wala pako kasulay na delayed.. hehehe although ako friend nakasulay na... ok raman ila service and all.... hehehehe and this time mu uli man ko sa zamboanga city... cebu pacific gihapon ko. oh yeah!

Don't wait nga ma hitabo nimo all the bad experiences we had, I gave Cebu Pacific
a chance but......faulure gyud cla............so inefficient and lousy....and look at the
stewards and stewardess.....they don't act like one and their appearance needs more
.....uhu......

ahak! makalagot jud ni sila! mura ra silag way reaction ba! stone hearted kaau!!! wala silay insurance thingy2 sa?? kung mawagtangan naay sumthing in return.. para mu balik ang trust sa mga tao nila!!!! wa man sad kat ma hems kay need man sad.. kay usahay ang PAL puno man sad.. mas maau pa ang PAL! mas naka tipid pako d pajud kaau mag delay2!
