ycole, di ko parin maintindihan hehehehe...parang komplicated ang project na ito... I mean, ung tipong anong type of solution ito.... san ba talga focus ito hehehe.... may side na general may side na specific.
ycole, imo gi consider.. nga pwede multiple ka tao ang mag edit sa same documents... nya ig update nila onsa dapat re-action sa system sa current version nga naka store versus sa updates from editor1 and editor2.... ako tanaw ani nga project mora mani SVN or wiki style rani?

yeahh, they support versioning... which is kinda easy to implement.. ang lisod ani is ang merging. of...
editor1 and editor2's revisions. unless you'll force the system that only 1 can edit a certain file at a time.

it is locked to Editor 1 only....
