Dude, it represents the altis model..
Altis model code is ZZE121/122 (there are more depends on the grade)
The engine is also ZZ, either 1ZZ-FE (1.8L) or 3ZZ-FE (1.6L)

The ZZ name was derived based on the Altis 2001-onwards vvti-engine codes/chassis code. Just a piece of history, the name clubzz-altisclubphilippines.com was deliberated for quite sometime from pioneer members at the clubs yahoogroup and yes, there was consensus voting of the clubs name amongst the pioneer officers/admin/moderators.

Yes, there was an altis make/model that was launched in 99 /2000 but different engine code and chassis code (AE111...etc).. this was released after the corolla AE big body. The units that were released were limited.

As for blak altis gen1 or gen2, basically, gen1 altis are those zz-coded from 2001 up to part-2004. Gen1 altis are those with either horizontal or vertical grills as compared to the gen2 altis (part 2004-onwards) which has a combination type (ung may ekis-ekis) grill and LED taillights.

It's about time for a new Corolla. The current one was already dated when it came out. But this new picture from Japan shows a design that looks like a cross between the current Euro Corolla and the all new Yaris.

OK ba ang CAM sa Altis? it lewks like JSpec of concept-one and they said this is made in China daw I took this pic during sa Adrenaline Rush exhibit drag racing sa SRP-Cebu last weekend. What do you think?
