I believed the post is intended as another thread to blame the government. Unfortunately, it appears not to be heading to that direction.

    the goal was not attained.
mas naluoy ko sa nagsuwat rather than sa anak sa farmer. sige lang sila suwat ug ingana nga pangkonsensya sa mga tawo pero naa ba kaha pud silay nabuhat nga tinuod or just write ups.

I don't know how I feel about this story, I am conflicted. Motuo man gud ko gyud anang ka Maslow's hierarchy of needs. When you're at the very bottom rung, when all you are able to think about is how to put food on the table from day to day, the last thing you'd be worrying about is your rights as a person or as a woman, in this case. When hunger is a very real threat to you, all you think about is food. That is your immediate need. And a person will go to any lengths to alleviate/remedy that need. Mao intawon atong mga dalagang Pinay mangandoy maminyog foreigner kay mao ilang pagtuo nga makasulbad sa ilang problema sa kapobrehon. Marrying a foreigner means freedom from hunger, it means they will never have to worry about getting hungry, or if they can afford to buy food for the next day.

I don't advocate marriage to foreigners but I don't discourage anyone from doing it either. To me, it is a calculated risk. Murag 50-50 ba, it can go either way. And it is no different than marriage to a Pinoy. Marriage is risky in itself, whether you're with a foreigner or a pinoy.
sakto jd ka ana ma'am nga di nalang mag huna2x sa uban butang, ang una lang jud huna hunaon kay unsaon pag kaon

dats life, its not easy to remain in a poor condition, people wil do anything just for a change, hoping a better life, etc.

not all foreigners r bad, u cant generalize them, daghan bayag pinay pud na nakaminyo ug foreigner and their life change, to do point na sla nay nagsupport sa ilang family( sa ilang parents n bros) naa say malason pro i think pinay women are also smart, dli pud ni sla basta2x mabira. i even heard american people would like to live in d phil coz ang value sa ilang dollar taas kaau, i thnk dli ni sla magbinuang, dli pud ni ilang place n they have to spend money or else hehe.

pro akong stand naa ko sa middle, i thnk ang angay bantayan kanang inter country adoption, kani jud ang pinaka salbahe na trafficking..
