I need a personal website, but I am busy with my programming projects.
The website shall have a biography (history of my developments from 1987 until today), where user are allowed to write comments to each game/program I developed, so its interactive (PHP maybe).
It should have a main entrance page. When clicked, it displays the biography page. Each entry shall be clickable, which will then display details, and allow user to comment.

bro i suggest do it with yourselfs kay you are a programmer and it's degrading nga ang osa ka programmer will hire/pay another developer to do his own web portfolio unless its a team project nga you need a buddy to finish a project.

its never degrading for a developer to hire another developer.
its common abroad for others to hire another developer due to hectic schedules or he just prefer to hire one
