Same thing happened to me but sa SM nga branch. And mas grabe pa... I presented my company ID, it wasn't honored. I presented my SSS ID, it wasn't honored too! Ingon sa taga Union Bank SM not valid kuno tanan ako ID!
Mao sad na ako gi reason nga check your website... Ingon ra sad siya nga bag-o na kuno ilang requirements. TIN Card nalang kuno, I presented my TIN card nga old na kaau kay wala nako na laminate, dili pod kuno pwede! I have a passport and a drivers license but expired na puro so samot na nga dli nako magamit.
Unsa man gyud diay ang tinuod requirements ani? Basin ang requirement ani aron maka kuha ta ug EON kay kinahanglan student pa ka.

Don't bother giving any documentation then. It's not worth the effort and sila ra jud magka problema in the long run. Wear your uniform and pretend to be a student, hehehe.

Hala, lahe2x jud d-i ang taga branch. I got my eon 48 years ago. D bitaw, I mean I was a student saku 2nd course, so present ko saku student ID as far as I remember, mao raman to. Fuente Osmena branch nga unionbank ako.
As for the unionbank as a whole? Na ambot send ka complain sa ila email sa eon link, hala la jud ko replye. Nasolve nalang ang problem after 1 month, ne hi or hello la japon ne reply. Ambot ana nila pa-ugatay man kaau abi sila ra pwede ana paypal2x sa mga tawo na walay credit card...
Pasko na unionbank, pag-bag-o na tawn mo.

How I wish someone who works in Union Bank is reading this thread.
Time for you guys to polish your act. The customers aren't happy and are ready to jump ship once alternatives are available.

just got my eon today sa gen maxilom nila nga branch. i just presented all my id's, passport, tin, sss, driver's license, & voter's id. ok man walay problema.

yup ang tanan but ang driver's license, passport, ug voter's id ra ilang gi photocopyhan.
