if mag part-time agent man gni ka mau pa grab nalang nmo ang 6x6 na schedule. 6hrs a day 6 times a week. sau man ang work like 4am so until 10am ra ang work. hayahay ra. 13t ang starting pay. free meals.

pila ka months ang training nahan man gud ko mo skuyla at the same time work... kapoyan napud kog graveyard shifts... been there done that... lu.oy kaayo ako lawas pirme

wala raman months ang training..kad**** raman..weeks or a week raman gani tingali..am not sure..basta kadto kami before 3weeks ra amoa training..i think recently, lessen na ang days..

training takes like 2 weeks or less. dli mn graveyard ang schedule unless madawat ka for the business to business dialing sa wats which is png-gbie na sched. for those who have previous callcenter experience, if they found you suitable for the business to business dialling, they will hire for that team. ang schedule ana is 8pm-4am. for mostly na madawat for the business to consumer dialling 4am mostart ang work so pde ra jd ka moskwela during afternoon.

there is really a mandatory undertime or half day option or leave option but THAT IS AN AGENT'S OPTION. IF MANDATOR ythat means, there are no enough dialling hours since na close nla early ang mga survey projects but itz not everyday of the week. that is the strategy of the company to lessen cost. but itz not everyday. it happens once or twice maybe in a month's time. isa pa agents would take this option man sd since they can save their PR for their ERP. itz okay to have 2hrs undertime than dialling a very hard project that will pull down ur PR, which resultz to NO ERP BONUS. a lot i know man sd are happy since kalaag laag cla ky walay work. hehehe. naa man gni time na mo-adto ra ka office then half day option d i offer, so uli daun wla ka ga-work but u r still paid half of ur daily rate.
