this is what I heard also, its only the first batch. nindot pa jud kai 10 years multiple entry

hi all. taga lexmark ko. as of now, TSR wave 1 ang naa na sa kentucky. 4 months ilang training. ang TSR wave 2, next week pa ilang visa interview. 1st week of nov manglarga ang mga maapprove sa visa. kasagaran, 10 years multiple entry ang tourist/business visa na igrant sa consul. pero depende ra sad, sa machambahan lang. naay rep sa wave 1 nga single entry lang ang nagrant sa iyaha tapos 3 months ra sad ang validity. as for the next batches, wa pa man announcement kung mag training ba sa US or not. but, magpadala man gyud ng lexmark sa gawas every now and then.

you dont need to be a regular employee para ipadala ka ug training sa abroad. when i was interviewed for the visa, 1 week pa ko ato sa lexmark. depende ra sa need sa imong position ug department.

maximum 2 years ang contract/training bond. depende sa amount na nagasto sa imoha sa US. but dili gyud na molapas ug 2 years.

as for the sweldo and benefits, nindot man. lamang siya from the previous company na i worked with. so far, happy man ko diri. relax ra kaayo ang job and ayos sad ang environment.

^^you got it wrong po. you need to stay maximum 2 years after training, not before.

Below $1500 - none
Greater than $1500 - 6 months
Greater than $3000 - 12 months
Greater than $4500 - 18 months
Greater than $6000 - 24 months

I'm not sure if they'll still send reps to Kentucky though. It depends.
