PAG-IBIG acquired House and Lot as Collateral???

Good AM peeps!

mangutana lang unta ko if pwede ba ni cia na scenario... kaning naa sa ako Thread Title...

my family needs money badly man gud...

and we are thinking if it is possible to use our house&lot we acquired thru a PAG-IBIG housing loan as a collateral for loans... gamay lang gud ang value sa H&L... wala gani kaabot 800K tingali...

and if naa mo nahibaw-an na mudawat ug ingon ani na setup... please feel free to post here or PM me...

I am not sure if pwede ni..
maybe the best thing you can do is attend a PAGIBIG seminar.
it is on mondays and fridays @9am.
you can ask any questions there..
its like an open discussion for everyone in attendance

depende ra na sa sabot sa modawat sa prenda. basin taas na imo nahulog then interested and modawat sa prenda then go na. the idea of prenda man gud is taht the collateral must be higher in value than the money loaned.

Di man na pwede e collateral kung wala pa nimo ang original nga land title. Mao man na ang basihan sa modawat. ang pwede ra ana ipa assume nimo sa lain. Bayaran ka niya ug amount nga pareha or dili sobra sa imoha nang nagasto unya siya na mopadayun ug bayad pero iyaha na nang imong unit. Kung ikaw ang mohagad kay ikaw man ang nanginahanglan, mahug jud na ug mas ubos kay sa imong magsto.

if ma approv ang loan sa pagibig, hatagan namn gyd ka land title sa developer.
full man bayad sa pagibig nila.. sa pagibig nasd ka mag bayad data-data.
