Why do you need to be in service for 2 years before you will be sent for training if there is really a business need and justification for it?

^^you got it wrong po. you need to stay maximum 2 years after training, not before.

Below $1500 - none
Greater than $1500 - 6 months
Greater than $3000 - 12 months
Greater than $4500 - 18 months
Greater than $6000 - 24 months

I'm not sure if they'll still send reps to Kentucky though. It depends.

depende na bro...ako taga lexmark ko...pro as wat i observed kay di na kailangan nga moabot ka ug 1 or 2 years before ka ipadala...

depende na if you are really skilled and competent....and if naa sad mga bag.o nga makina maabot dn nakita nila imong potential so di jud mag duha-duha ang lexmark nga ipadala ka...
