akong migo naa US ron.. gipadala sa lexmark for training.
bag-o ra cya na hire.. mga 2months pa gipadala dayon!
d cguro kailangan 2yrs..
Why do you need to be in service for 2 years before you will be sent for training if there is really a business need and justification for it?
^^you got it wrong po. you need to stay maximum 2 years after training, not before.
Below $1500 - none
Greater than $1500 - 6 months
Greater than $3000 - 12 months
Greater than $4500 - 18 months
Greater than $6000 - 24 months
I'm not sure if they'll still send reps to Kentucky though. It depends.
depende na bro...ako taga lexmark ko...pro as wat i observed kay di na kailangan nga moabot ka ug 1 or 2 years before ka ipadala...
depende na if you are really skilled and competent....and if naa sad mga bag.o nga makina maabot dn nakita nila imong potential so di jud mag duha-duha ang lexmark nga ipadala ka...
as long as you have the knowledge and skills kay makalupad naka ana...lyk sa akong kauban na technician diri kay gipadala siya sa Mexico para training sa bag-ong mga makina nga naabot para sa bag-ong product nila...
He was asking about the condition if a new employee can be qualified for training abroad.. your breakdown of the dollar amount is the condition after the training and when you can pay off the estimated cost by the equivalent number months or years or service <g's> regular Lexmark employee ka dai bluefairy?
