who can help me i bought new ink cartridge then it print break letters.. lines at the center of the word.. ?? is it possible that i bring back the cartridge to the store?? .. or cartridge is not destroyed? or only my printer have a problem//??

run an alignment or print head cleanup on the printer. check printer documentations.

bro, do the following:
(note: use a lint free cloth in cleaning the nozzle of the cartridge and the rubber wipers of the cartridge carrier)
1. soak the lint free cloth with a small amount of distilled water (distilled water kay less kau'g impurities unlike tap water, impurities clogs the nozzle hole of the cartridge during cleaning process).

2. purge the nozzle of the cartridge into the soak lint free cloth in an upward/sideward manner (one stroke lang).

3. then at the staging area of the cartridge carrier (when idle) naay rubber wipers dha (kanang ga cover sa cartridge nozzle), clean the rubber wipers with a lint free cloth soak with distilled water.

4. lastly, click the maintenance software menu of your printer and select 'fix/clean horizontal streaks'.

printer head na gyud na bro kon EPSON imo printer. kalas gyud nag ink kon mag sige sige. naa na sa software nila ang pag clean sa printer head and it uses your ink to do so.

My epson printer cs43ux man siguro to model.. inig on nako.. mo On lagi ang Green and Red light. Steady On jud ang light... what could be the problem and how to solve it? Thanks in advance

Bro need na siya ug general cleaning imong printer? Pila na ka months ala na siya mentainance? Siguro imo na siya ipa reset.... Try to call epson service center.... Ill give to one shop nga authorized sila moayo ug epson, kung naa pa na warranty, libre lang magpa ayo. Mao ni ang number bro, 344-6900, ang name sa ila shop is Cebu Protech.Naa na located sa High Way Maguikay Mandaue City. Hope nakatabang ko nimo....

wala ni warranty bro kai dugay na ni.. what do u mean by reset?
