Phone was given as a gift. But I've just received an Ipod Touch 2g, so there's no need for me to keep this one. It's got an Apple warranty until OCT 2009. Personal warranty for 1 month. I can PM you its serial # if you like. PC version, but you may reset the unit if your have Mac. I Can download converted DVD movies and MP3 songs if you wish.
