LIQUID SMOKE: Where to buy?

hello food afficionados!

need a little help here...

for most of the bbq-style food that i want to cook, LIQUID SMOKE is needed..

does anybody here know where i can buy LIQUID SMOKE?

You can try Duty Free or any shopping mall/grocery mart that specializes in foreign food and food products, particularly American and European.

I am not really sure about local Cebuano markets but I believe it is not sold as "liquid smoke" but sometimes labeled as "smoked flavor seasoning". You can look for that through the aisles.

A friend of mine, a-Pinoy-Macguyver-on-culinary-tactics, says that Knorr Liquid Seasoning works nearly as good.

i do hope i can find it in SM or Ayala. I'm guessing Ms. Lourdes is based in Manila (too costly for me, really.. )

i'll give Knorr a try soon. Hope it tastes even better than the liquid smoke.
