rationale? dba same ra man na sa introduction? murag d na man ka kinhanglan ug links ana.. naa man na ninyo y kana inyo gipili nga topic.. like ud say almost everything kron is revolving around internet so ur group would like to dig the possibilities of an ONLINE RETRIEVAL SYSTEM FOR COMPUTER PROGRAMMING DOCUMENTS. nya cite dayun kag murag example or experience nmo y u nid dis kind of system.. ayaw kaato butangi ug steps or definition kay murag ad2 na cla sa scope and limitation ug difinition of terms nga part.

actually mao na amo gibuhat sa amo first proposal...na kay tungod kami ang namili, so sa amo observations nlng mi ni refer...d man modawat ug own opinion..mao nang nangayo kung links, kay nangita kog supproting documents para sa amo rationale...

specifically, supporting docs/articles where in ma prove namo na there is a need to conduct such study, where in there is really a problem about retrieval system or about documentations etc

aaahhhmm...the system has initial database, naa na xa sulod na documents...since its online, u have to make an account so that u can upload notes/documents...actually, kuan mag upload jud kag notes/documents..nia anyone can upload as long as naa xai account..then, if naa kai gusto ipuno, u can only add or edit the documents na imo gi upload..d ka pwede maka edit/add sa mga docs na gipang upload sa laing user...and only ur docs ra pod imo pwede ma delete if naa kay nahan e-delete...

now lets go on the retrieving thinggy..retrieving bcoz, like if user A searches for a certain doc, nia results would be displayed, then he clicks that doc then thats it...he retrieves the docs...

but naa mi delimitation in uploading notes/docs..kay since the docs will be categorized, lets say na user A uploaded a note, then user B uploaded the same note of what user A has uploaded, but user B didnt know na they were having the same notes kay they put it in different category..but soehow those categories were related...

yep im a FLickr user, my bro's a photographer anyway hopefully all documents/file uploaded is copyrighted or legally owned by the one submitting the document. Like a serious flickr user will not upload content that does not opriginally belong to them. Like an example was mine, i found a cool picture of an instrument taken from another site, i hosted it there after a few days i got a warning that i was uploading a file which had a copyright.
