Description:
- Size of the room is about 11ft. and 3 inches X 12ft. and 9 inches.
- A folding bed is supplied but without foam, boarder will provide their own but there's an aircon availabe inside the room, just add P7.50 per hour for aircon usage. Electric fan and banig can be provided also for the transient's preference.
- CR is common among 3 rooms
- Preferably male but not necessary because neighboring occupants are male
- Village is located at H. Cortes, Mandaue city, across Ayala access road going to Panagdait, Mabolo and is less than a kilometer away from Sykes & about a kilometer away from Paseo. Very secured place, subdivision is equipped with security guards.
- The room will only be available for transient until the end of October. In the first week of November, the property will be sold so no more room rental available by that time and all boarders have to vacate.
- P100/day inclusive of water and electricity with the following applicances allowed to use: tv, electric iron, cellphone chargers, electric fan and lights.

From Paseo, Mabolo, if you're going to Mandaue, about a kilometer away, you'll meet an intersection. Don't turn right/left, just go straight, that's the subdivision already. You can text me when you're going to see the room and when you arrive at the guardhouse.
