This is how you do it. If you do this right you will be fine.

First thing you have to do is to create a database system that can store programming related books or documents over the internet. The format are ebooks (.pdf, doc, .chm etc)

Then, develop a UI (data grid) that can append, retrieve, query/search directly to your database (imagine a library system).. all of this can be access using a browser and hosted in a web server. There are a lot of free storage over the net that you can use (eg. adrive) for your documents. Keep it simple and goodluck! Bangkahi ko ha? hehe

if sa amu school pana murag raka ga host ug file, or if pure library gud na na maka protect pud ka sa copyright sa book dapat view lang or print ang pwede ma perform, na inyo system maka open sya sa documents online in just read or print lang pwede, kai downloading mura na tapad sa torrent lol,

Define computer programming documents? are these copyrighted? self published? if ang benefit scenario is what if nabilin ako programming book sa .net sa balay and naako knahanglan e search ato na libro, hmm gamay ra kau amu dean sure ko dli ma gusto ani lol, pero lets say g implement ni sa isa ka library daun na hutdan sila ug physical na libro na maabangan/read/borrow makaingun ka na plus ni sa system pero if you take the book from the system then libog na lol,
