You'll Need
45 pcs. (2-1/2"x2-1/2") wanton wrapper
Filling
1 pouch (115 g) DEL MONTE Tomato SauceÂ*
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup flourÂ*
1 stalk green onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. iodized fine salt (or 3/4 tbsp. iodized rock salt)
1/4 tsp. pepperÂ*
1/2 kilo ground porkÂ*
150 grams singkamas, diced
3/4 tsp. chopped gingerÂ*

Here's How
1Â* Â*COMBINE ingredients for filling. Mix thoroughly.
2Â* Â*WRAP 1 Tbsp. of mixture in each wanton wrapper. Seal with water.
3Â* Â*STEAM for 20-25 minutes.
4Â* Â*SERVE with toyo and calamansi.
