Default Mga GURU, I need your help. -shutting down-

I have a 1 year old computer sitting at home. Its specs is:

    Core 2 Duo E4400 2.0Ghz
    2 x 1GB DDR2 Memory 667Mhz
    Asus P5GC-MX Motherboard
    1 x 80GB Seagate SATA HDD
    2 x 160GB Seagate SATA HDD
    LG DVD Writer 8x
    ATI Radeon X1900XT 512MB 256bit
    Powerlogic Casing
    Powerlogic PSU 500W
    19" Samsung LCD Monitor

Its all stock, except for my VC. I just recently replaced my ATI Radeon x1550 512mb 128bit with ATI Radeon X1900XT. So, finally i got a not-so-new VC but still decent enough to play some decent games like Crysis, Call of Duty 4, Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter 2, Company of Heroes and etc. My problem is that, when i play games like that, graphic hungry games, in a matter of 10-15mins my computer shut off completely. Though, i dont have fans installed and i dont have a decent heatsink too. Its all really stock. Is it my power supply? or my computer shuts off because of the heat? Can you guys advice me also what to do, i have limited budget so i cant really afford high end accessories as of the moment. I just want to play my favorite games with my comp shutting down.

    edit:
In addition, i didnt attached my DVD Writer and my other 160GB Seagate HDD to my PSU. So, its not in use as of the moment because my PSU have on 4 power connectors. The 2 power connectors are attached to my ATI Radeon X1900XT and the other 2 are in my other 2 hard drives.

Hhmm.. im really kinda "n00b" about computer accessories, so i might need your help here. I have speedfan installed in my pc, when i play Company of Heroes my the cores of my CPU reaches about 70-80C. Is that normal?

@louiejoven: the temp is not really normal. you need to ensure proper ventilation for your system bro...a change in temp inside the system causes the sys to shut down instantly. you really need to add a fan for your system that could lower the temp...

any CPU temperatures going higher than 51c is not safe.

Any advice how to go around this? I have a stock Powerlogic ATX Mid-tower casing, its kinda tight inside the rig coz of my VC. I think i need fans to cool off my rig but what brands you guys advice? Kaso, tight budget ko bai.. I need a efficient accessories that are cheap. I dont have plans to show it off, i just want to play my favorite games without my PC shutting off.

Heres the result of SpeedFan readings:

    System: 13C
    CPU: 50C
    AUX: 5C
    HD0: 46C
    HD1: 44C
    Core 0: 60C
    Core 1: 63C

This is idle, its been more than 12hrs running. But i think its still hot.

Well, they're right. Your unit needs a decent ventilation. Make sure maka-hungaw ang init ug maayo ug makasulod pa ang hanging sa imong unit. Also, as they say about airflow, mao pud na. Its technically for aerodynamic people only. Pero what's important is katong gi-sulti nako regarding ventilation.

Lets say you have around 4 fans sa imong unit, 2 of the fans should be air out and 2 should be air in. If 3, 2 air in and 1 air out.

Pero kung dili gani gihapon, i-open ang imong unit then butangi ug electric fan sa tungod. syaro dili ma-normal ang temperature.

bro its obviously your PSU di niya kaya na sa imo specs you have 3 HDD then u have a power hungry VC. I suggest u should have a 600w or higher psu. IF you have inadequate power your system is not stable.

Ive been w/ that problem replace your PSU now. You said you have a 1 yr old PC and w/o any problem for 1 year since you replace your VC, so its obviously your system needs more and enough power to support.

    I hope it helpz..
