in case u didn't know yet, kad2 usa ka sundalo sa Aquino-Galman case na pardoned na (murag last yr ra man tingale toh). naay duha wa kaabot ug namatay sa presohan ug ang uban 13 awaiting exec clemency nga in process na. and it is only Sen. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III who is opposing the move to grant executive clemency to the convicted killers of his father.

walay noise about the 291 pardoned coz probably, the media thinks those stories would not sell...

Let's all get the details of this Teehankee pardon first and not immediately jump into conclusions. Teehankee's just one of the 292 being pardoned this year.

Don't get swayed by the media.

Ilang apartment didto airconditioned.

hilom man kau ang pagpagawas ani niya.

It's an exercise of the power of the president to grant executive clemency. We should not make a big fuss about it. It does not mean our justice system is already tainted because the president grants clemency. After all, the power is expressly stated under the Constitution.

The fact that the man was convicted is already a manifestation that justice is being served. I don't think a son of a former chief justice would be declared a convict that easy.

yeah it is within the powers of the president...
