agree agree. the aplicant must be analytical of what d HR says/ask
in this way thyll knw that ur not jst listening but also thinking of what to ans corectly.

I rmember when the HR asked about my reasons of leaving my current job.
I immediately said. "As you know our field is very boring and stressful, which prompted me to look for a challenging blah blah" I forgot not to say negative comments about your previous company, and to think I'll be working in a more stressful environment. :o Of course the HR rejected my application.
TIPS, HR, sometimes will ask some scenes, situations, conflicts and the likes in your previous company. They'll ask how you handle and cope with it. Just be honest
