i see. di kau ko familiar sa sked sa pumpboat sa danao wharf. pero as far as i know wala jud pumpboat going to and from camotes nga every hour kay mga 2-3 hours ang biyahe and ang demand is not that much (except during holidays, fiestas and SUMMER BREAK).

....there's a 6AM trip from ouano (mandaue) wharf. that's near mandaue sports complex and mandaue gen hospital. if taga city mo, then the pumpboat from ouano wharf is more accessible and mo-stop over na siya sa consuelo (same sa pumpboat from danao wharf). fare is P300 na man siguro karon kay last May 2008 P200 pa man.

actually, Payag Beach House and Resort is located right on Santiago Beach. It's only advantage is that the water is just a few steps away from where you're staying, unlike the others that you have to walk a few steps and another few and another few (hey, it's still soft sand. hehe). The non air-con rooms cost P700 while air-conditioned rooms cost P1,000 or P1,200. It has only six rooms sharing two communal bathrooms. Rooms have queen-sized beds. Tel. 032/ 233 1158. uhm...just to be sure pag pa reserve na lang. although not peak season karon pero i don't think you would want to start your vacation by looking for a place to stay.
