i think, janinat gave the right information na. i used the internet/computer based test and i took all my TOEFL/TWE in Netherlands and my TSE in Germany.

para mas confident ka of your spoken English and easier for you to pass Those tests try ug visit sa Speedtalk center, walay bayad at least you will know what their programs are, look for Ann she's very friendly and she answer your quesitions too, naa cla sa 2nd floor of the Banilad Town Center, kay didto na improve akong spoken English wa koy plano mo abroad but it helped me to be a better conversationalist jud, or call them before coming para naa jud si Ann at 416-1618 or 416-1718...

Pwede ka moduol sa Speedtalk center, mag inquire ka didto kay friendly man kaau na sila and look for Ann, they will just ask for at least 10 to 15 minutes of your time for free kay naa na silay i discuss nimo para you will understand about sa ilang program.. or call them at 416-1618 or 416-1718. I enrolled there and i am confident now with my spoken English..
