    UC..bhala mo dha!!..hehehe..pioneer gd na sa IT dri sa cebu ug region 7..and those "centers of excellence" are only based sa ilng facilities..and one thing, most of the IT instructors in USC graduated from UC, accrdg to a source..hehehe..peace ou guyz!!..

    UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILS CEBU dina kinahanglan daghan ug explanation................unsay inyong ika comment kun UP maoy best. Di lang tanang course gi -offer. May na kaau kun kagrado kag 3 sa UP

    pero sa uban school yano ra kuha on ang ang kandila kay ang competition dili man level ang utok sa student. Kunohay naay entrance exam bisan wa kapasar basta NAY IKABAYAD SA TUITION DAWAT LANG JAPON.
    Adto UP di ka kapasar ug UPCAT madawat ba ka bisan unsa kadaghan imo kwarta.................
