Information about my Relatives in Compostela

Guys,

I really need help, after my father's death along with him is the information of the where abouts of our relatives in Compostela, nobody knows the info than him, thou i know a little where they live according to my father they live near the municipal hall or poblacion, as far as i know, the oldest that still bears the lastname Toledo is presumably dead buy now coz it was almost 4-5 since my dad last been there, i tried to look for them once but with no positive result!!

according to my grandmother during the time when philippine is still a colony of USA their grandparents together with the grandparents of former Sen. Robert Z. Barbers, move to mindanao particulary in Surigao del Norte, most of them are teachers and since living their until now!!, actually lot of cebuano sent to mindanao to live there mostly professionals, that includes the grandparents of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte!

My grandmother is the only person who knows the information about their grandparents name!, and she's not getting younger!!, so took the initiave to look for them!, hoping i could follow my father's steps (may man siya kay pulis man siya!)

here are some information that might help to find them...

- Their lastname are TOLEDO
- They are from Compostela thou my dad once said they are scattered until to northern part of cebu
- They mostly lived near the municipal hall or poblacion
