I used to worked as an IS Team.
All network traffic will be log... monitoring and evaluation will be made per site access.
Non-business related sites will be block. (IT Procedures and Policies)

naay discrimination between the regular employees and contractors. i've been there too for 1.5 yrs. nindot if directly hired ka sa lrdc coz nindot gyud kaayo ang mga benefits. but i've heard nga daghan na daw ngresign, don't knw the real reason though
