I posted a message under TV's & Movies >> What's the last movie you've watched?

Then, I was surprised that I got a message from omad that I committed an infraction. Here is his message.

Is this really an infraction? I don't think so since I'm not promoting MY site which is what the rule prohibits.

I do always keep supporting documents knowing that some members would want to discuss infractions publicly like what you're doing right now.

^ that's the violation that got you in trouble. it just so happened that I didn't go to your profile and awarded the infraction there instead which I think caused all these misunderstanding.

but yes, you did violate forum rules. that's as clear as the picture I posted above.

I already deleted your avatar right after I handed out the infraction but here you are again pretending that it's ok to post websites on avatars. it was never that yahoo movies link that got you an infraction and we both know that and everybody knows that.

all members are encouraged to post website links at "Websites and Multimedia" as long as you abide by the local rules stickied in that forum

same thing , is it really an infraction when u sell replica/imitation items suchs as sandals, clothing, accessories and everything thats not original, cause i was awarded 2 infractions for that and i believe that theres like 100 users selling replica items on the Buy and Sell section and none of them recieve one,

does an infraction ever get displayed under your username/avatar? i've never seen a member with an "infraction" display. old istorya is embarrassing. the "muted/warned" word is so bright, everyone can see.

No, only you and the mods/admins can see them. But when it qualifies for a mute/ban, it will change your usergroup to "Muted Member" or "Banned Member".

Nobody sees them unless "muted or banned member" as stated by BeoR. Thus, those who have made threads and posted "Na infract ko!", just announced it themselves to the public.

let that serve as warning....all the mods try to make istorya a better place for EVERYONE. not just for one. it is not an easy task.
