western wats is also considered a callcenter. outbound lang ang calls. the thing is we dont sell anything. we dont handle irate customers who are yelling at you complaining about their services; like what other callcenters have. we conduct market research. we conduct surveys both with consumers and businesses. saun ra ang job. just call them and get them to participate in the survey. easy.
