this is a pre selling price, the original reservation fee is php20k but if you will reserve now you will pay 5k with letter of intent. now if ever you will decide to purchase the unit on the launching date which is on October 30 then you will add the php15k, but if ever you will decide to withdraw you can get your 5k on that date.

since this a modular type unit design ( please refer photo no.2), if you want a 1 bedroom you will add another unit in which you will add also the price of 1 studio type. for 2 bedrooms add 2 more units!
