for those who are complaining about Bat's voice:

Batman is trying to intimidate people, so he makes this kind of voice. Plus he's also concealing his identity. In the All-Star Bats and Robin, Robin said that he sounded like a guy trying to imitate (badly) Clint Eastwood's voice. ^_^

Ang mga studio execs kay ga-hunahuna in putting Johnny Depp on the next sequel. pero wa pa niy klaro. Chris Nolan is not committed to make the next sequel, but some of the cast are confident that he will return. Chris Bale said that he'd reprise Batman if Nolan will direct it. ^_^

no doubt, Heath Ledger's performance surpassed Jack Nicholson's original rendition of the Joker. No disrespect to Jack (3 time academy award winner) but I just love how Heath portrayed the role. Indeed, Heath gave a superb final performance.

Finally, I've seen Dark Knight!

I wouldn't be surprised if posthumous awards will be given to Heath Ledger.

Jack Nicholson pales in comparison with Heath's portrayal as The Joker. Nicholson was less amusing as the comical clown villain. Ledger, on the other hand, with his eerie facial appearance, disturbing mannerism of creepily sticking his tongue out and sickening jokes was a convincing grotesque sociopath!

Although Christian Bale was superb (as usual) in his performance, I was more drawn to Joker's odd complex character.

I never appreciated the sequels until 'Batman Begins' and 'Dark Knight' came.
Christopher Nolan is the true superhero here... He saved Gotham and its hero, antihero and all the inhabitants from being common!
