Which is Best: ECE or Computer Eng'g?

hello sa tanan

para nako depende lang gyud na sa paningkamot. naay mga maayo nga ece nga makai-ngon ko wa maswertehi in terms of acheivement ... ug naa sab nga di kaayo maayo ng ComE (CpE) pero grabe ang achievement after finishing college (& vice versa).

somehow, its incomparable kay mura sab ni prutas ... season2x o weather2x lang. basin karon uso ang CpE then in the coming years ece na pud (& vice versa). mura ba nurisng kunohay nga karon kusog then naa pud tuig nga mingaw2x ...

any way, i also suggest nga nindot alwys keep updated sa technologies kay fast changing gyud

ECE here.. i thought having a license is helpful in looking for work.. it not very helpful actually. anyway, i work as a software engineer .. maypa ng compsci ko ... dugay2x lng ko sa college.. heheh

in my opinion, both are good but sa ako nahibaw an nga ang ECE daw kay usbon daw ang nkabutang sa
ila licence,Electronics Eng'g na dw,ambot unsa ni ka tinuod, but ang sigurado ko naa koy mga officem8s
nga pag adto nila gawas, nangutana ang mga eng'r ddto kng unsay ECE, pagtubag "electronics and
communication eng'g" nahibong daw kay nganong na merge ang electronics sa communication
where infact broad kaayo ang communication! Ang ECE is only in d Phils. I think.
But pareha ra mn tingali kay demand ang ECE ug CPE.
ako EE mn ko, pinaka demand. hehe

Well, I really think, each course has its own forte. And in Engineering, we are a band of brothers. We all work together to make something work. Each plays a part, no matter how small nor big, each and every engineer is significant.

So, no need to argue, just love your job.

i came from compe but ni shift ko ug ECE...and it turned out fine for me...ani,there are some things computer engineers can never do what an ECE can,likewise,there are some things pud nga d jud mabuhat sa ECE nga maayo kaayo ang compe...its just a matter of making choices,...

for me balance ra ang ECE and Comp E.. im taking up ECE run..lahi rjud cya sa Comp E..
ang E sa ECE deal cya ug electronics like parts sa amplifier,power supply, transformer,
other electronic parts etc

ang C - communication sa ECE mas broad ang topic from transmitter receiver,wireless communication,
wired communication,fm,am, broadcasting,cellular,telephony,satellite,and
other means of communication equipment and systems etc.. andam nalang mo sa board exam ani

while Comp E is more on computer from hardware to software, to networking, to troubleshooting
then ms madala ra ang Comp E kasagaran naay basic knowledge sa computer then wala ni cya
board exam.. but for employement mas lisod and comp e mkatrabaho.. i think ECE lisud sad pero
mas nindut ug mga work if m employed mn ang ECE...ksagaran CompE mahimo ra comp. technician..

ur ryt,wer just hope sa ka-broad sa ece og coE,naa muy ma-master.
pero dli dapat i-compare ang duha ka kors...diff field of expertise na ang duha!

all that stuff you have said is nindot but come to think if naa ba ky ma-master ana,,after you graduate you will no longer prioritize 2 use wat u hav learn but u will be craving to watever work u may get.

both nindot og work kng maswertihan mu nig trabaho,but kng pabaya pud ka,aw both will suffer,
anything wud count,nku mga ka-workmates before mga license na ece pro ang work ky QA,and some are stagnant of wat dey have learn from skul!! dpende ra jud tanan.but good for them they were not belong to the unemployed one!

it doesnt matter kng unsa mu kors as long as kasabot ka sa kalisod sa pangita og trabaho krn...


ece and compE shud not be compared! bsta engineering!
